ScreenShot2Print is a simple application that will take captures for you and send them for printing. The whole process is very simple and easy, just press a hot key and you will have a capture sent to the printer. The program allows you to make several shots in a certain period of time, or make delayed captures. Also you will be able to protect your captures by setting text watermarks.
The application can save a capture as an XPS document (a PDF file alternative), an electronic paper file format based on and formatted like an XML file, and viewed in XPS viewer.
The program's interface is very simple. You will not see any windows on your screen at the program start up: it sits in the tray and provides you with the tray menu and preferences dialog.
The tray menu lets you open the preferences dialog, help file and about info. Also you will be able to set the program do not run on Windows startup, as it does so by default. And, of course, you can exit the application from the tray menu.
In the preferences dialog you will be able to adjust the program settings. General settings allow you to change the language and set shortcuts, and set the tray icon default action. Also you will be able to adjust printing preferences: set the capture to fit the page, and define the capture position on the page. Printer properties are also available to adjust from within the program. From the preferences dialog you can set the watermark position on the capture, its text, font, and transparency, and adjust timer settings.
